FAQ
When will I receive my pictures?
All regular sessions will take 1-2 business days, bigger sessions like events and weddings will range anywhere from from 4-5 business days. The client will be notified the exact time range.
I have the fastest turn around time in New orleans.
Can I bring family or friends to the photoshoot?
Yes, feel free to bring your loved ones, I do request please do not have family members or friends taking pics or recording me, it can be distracting, also no blogging is allowed.
How does the payment process work?
I require a deposit of $100 which is non refundable to reserve the date & time. The remaining balance will be due a day before the session, weddings & events will be due a month prior the session.
Do you participate in fundraiser or donating your services?
No, I do not.
Will I receive a receipt for my records?
Yes, I send it via email, once you booked with me!
Who will classify the final pictures?
I will select the final pictures and edits them, NO RAW images will be released, please do not request raws, i will not release.
What type of location will we shoot in?
Each session is typically done outdoors or in the comfort of your home, using natural lighting. It can take place anywhere that is meaningful to you, like parks & gardens, if you have difficulty choosing a location, I will provide you a PDF of different location options. I do also shoot in a studio indoor that will have a additional fee charge, studio is not open on sundays, location for the studio is in mandeville.
What time will the session take place?
I usually aim for the perfect light in each session, the session will either take place in the morning or late afternoon at golden hour.
Can you alter your editing style?
No, my work is airy and whimsical, i do not produce gloomy edits, also will NOT accept any request to change my editing style.
What if it rains the day of the shoot?
Weather is always crazy here in New Orleans! I will contact you to reschedule

Is there any penalty for arrive late?
Yes. if its past 20 minutes there will be a $50 penalty charge.
Do you print pictures?
Yes, I will send you the printing options,
prints would be a additional cost.
Can I preview the pictures during the session?
Unfortunately, I believe my work can be seen once its fully edited, the client will not be able to see the RAW images during the session.
Will I receive a online album?
Yes! you will view them on my client album, you will receive a link to download the pictures directly to your phone or computer, the album will be temporary, but can become permanent, for a additional cost of $100
What if I am unsure how to pose?
I will lead you throughout the session, so you can achieve a natural pose.
What if I can't show up at the session due to a emergency?
Accidents happen, without a doubt you will be able to reschedule.
How should I dress for the session?
I highly encourages pastel soft colors like, grays, light blues, pink, peach, & champagne colors, ladies if you bring heels, bring an extra pair of comfortable shoes to walk in the grass areas.
Do you travel for weddings?
Definitely, I am currently based in New Orleans, but willing to travel anywhere in the world to capture your day.
